Shipment processing time
Unless you have chosen a tracked method of shipping we are unable to track your order.
Ready to ship items ship in 1-3 working days and handmade items vary from 1-14 working days depending on current demand. Orders are not shipped or made on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If you need your item urgently email us at hello@thecraftydogco.com and we will see what we can do to fast track your order.
Standard shipping
Shipping by default will be Royal Mail second class standard. They cover loss or damage up to £20. If your item goes missing we will only be able to refund to the value of £20 after the compensation has been paid to us by the carrier. If your order is over £20 we would recommend you select one of our signed for services.

International Shipping
We can ship around the world, if you cannot find your country on our shipping options please send us an email and we will get it added! International postage costs will be calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties
We do not collect these fees at checkout and pay them on your behalf, the customer is responsible for paying any Customs & Duties in the receiving country. The Shipping fee charged is solely to cover the cost of packaging and postage to the country requested.
